Why anxiety therapy?

Many people are disorientated by sudden changes in their life.  Take for example the loss of a loved one; also a change of job or home address; also important exams.  They can trigger what is known as fight or flight responses.  At worse, they could create persistent worries, leading to anxiety disorders.  Anxiety can stand in the way of tasks which many of us take for granted.  For example: being able to fly, or leaving the house.

There are more to anxiety disorders than being afraid of certain situations.  Anxiety disorders are party to sleep problems, incidences of depression, and a lower immune system.  They can also have an effect on your sex drive, plus any dependence on drink and drugs.
