An important part in your journey to finding a therapist is trying to get a feel for them through your research.

One of the most important aspects about my approach is being able to generate warmth, friendliness and to put you at ease as quickly as possible. Feeling comfortable and confident will help accelerate the therapeutic process.

Where on its own these conditions can be a huge benefit they are also supplemented by the latest scientific interventions that have been shown to work again and again.

I trained originally as a Counsellor and progressed to competing a Bsc in Psychotherapy and later a Msc in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy. My studies have allowed me to broaden my techniques and allows me to work with you in creative and collaborative styles so we can find exactly what works.

My work over the last 10 years have allowed me work with a broad rage of organisations and issues. For the last 5 years I was Head of the Uk’s largest Psychological Wellbeing organisation which allowed me to work with individuals who were suffering from mild to severe and enduring symptoms.

Now my focus is working with people one on one and getting them where they need to be as quickly as possible. A lot of my clientele come to me when other therapy attempts have failed and they have a feeling they were not working with the right approach.
